What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 11, 2024. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $10,884.44 plus $58.85 per day starting February 1, 2024 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 11, 2024, the Tenant will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
