The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 11, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,401 in rent arrears and daily compensation of $4.24 per day starting April 1, 2023 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 11, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
