What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants because the Tenants did not pay the rent that the Tenants owe. The Landlord also claimed charges related to NSF cheques.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $177.86 for the Landlord's filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before June 10, 2023, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 6% annually on the balance outstanding.
