The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant pays the lawful rent in full on or before the 1st day of each month from February 2025 to January 2026. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
