What happened

Landlords Anthony Grimaldi and Michelle Viggiani applied to terminate the tenancy and evict tenant Jennifer Lees because the landlords in good faith require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for at least one year.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 31, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction. The tenant shall also pay the landlords $25.64 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from September 1, 2023 until the tenant moves out.
