What happened
The Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to significant rent arrears. The Tenants had not made a rent payment since March 2025. The ruling

Daily compensation of $83.84 applies for each day the Tenants remain in the unit starting August 28, 2025.
