What happened

The ruling
Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $18,186 on or before May 14, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay the Landlord $12,027 in rent arrears and application fees, plus daily compensation of $65.75 from February 29, 2024 until they vacate the unit.
