What happened

The ruling
Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $3,571 by 2024-02-29 or $4,698.50 by 2024-03-09, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $1,281.01 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by 2024-03-09. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
