What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $7,576 to void the order by July 22, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by July 22, 2023 and pay the Landlord $5,112.86 plus daily compensation of $45.99 from June 23, 2023 until the move-out date.
