What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The parties agreed to resolve all the issues in the application and the LTB issued an Order on consent confirming their agreement.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 2, 2024. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. If the Tenant does not vacate, the Landlords can file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Landlords are waiving all arrears up to September 2, 2024 and the application filing fee.
