The ruling
Unless the Tenants void the order by paying $19,639.20 by March 31, 2024 or $20,449.75 by April 30, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated and the Tenants must vacate the unit by April 30, 2024. If the Tenants do not void the order, they must pay the Landlord $16,164.66.
