What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $4,629.50 by April 30, 2023 or $6,529.50 by May 1, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must move out by May 1, 2023 and pay the Landlord $682.93 plus daily compensation of $62.47 from March 30, 2023 until move-out.
