What happened

The Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy due to substantial interference with their reasonable enjoyment. The Landlords, who reside in the building, alleged a pattern of hostile and abusive behavior by the Tenants. Evidence included verbal abuse, a death threat that resulted in criminal charges against one Tenant, and an incident of physical violence where a Tenant forcefully pushed a Landlord. The ruling

The adjudicator requested the Sheriff to expedite enforcement of the eviction due to the severity of the threats and physical violence involved.
