If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord compensation of $53.92 per day starting June 14, 2024 until they move out. The Landlord owes the Tenants $70.84 in interest on the rent deposit.
