What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 14, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,359.13, which includes rent arrears up to May 3, 2023 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $40.99 per day in compensation starting May 4, 2023 until the Tenant vacates the unit.
