What happened

The ruling
The Tenant is ordered to pay the rent arrears of $3,288 to the Landlord in installments by February 1, 2024. The Tenant must also continue to pay the monthly rent in full on time. If the Tenant fails to make the required payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
