What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $21,737.00 to void the order and continue the tenancy by October 31, 2022. If the Tenants do not pay this amount, the tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must pay $10,507.11 to the Landlord, plus daily compensation of $103.89 per day starting August 17, 2022 until the Tenants vacate the unit.
