What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid N4 Notice, and the Tenant did not void the notice by paying the arrears.

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on June 30, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $754.60 by May 31, 2023 or $2,097.90 by June 30, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by June 30, 2023 and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
