What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants, another occupant of the rental unit or someone the Tenants permitted in the residential complex has substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another Tenants.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2023. The Tenants are ordered to pay $186 to the Landlord for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owing by November 30, 2023, they will start to owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
