What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid N4 Notice, and the Tenant did not void the notice by paying the arrears.

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on May 28, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $4,657.18 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The Landlord is entitled to compensation of $73.50 per day for the Tenant's continued occupation after the hearing date.
