What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by July 31, 2023. The Landlord is entitled to daily compensation of $79.85 from April 1, 2023, until the Tenant vacates. The Landlord owes the Tenant the rent deposit and interest, which exceeds the amount owed to the Landlord.
