The Board set aside the previous termination order and granted the Tenants until September 30, 2024 to pay the full arrears of $25,968.50 to void the termination order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenants fail to pay by the deadline, the tenancy will be terminated and the Landlord can enforce the eviction.
