What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants for non-payment of rent. Tenant 1 then filed a second request for review on the same day through a legal representative, attempting to submit information that could have been included in the first request.

The second request to review the order issued on November 25, 2025, is denied. The original order remains confirmed and unchanged. The Board will not consider repetitive review requests from the same party.
