What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $9,136 by May 20, 2023 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by May 20, 2023 and pay the Landlord $6,477.89 plus daily compensation of $41.10 from April 25, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
