Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous LTB order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 7, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $976.01 less any payments made on or after January 13, 2023, as well as $36.51 per day for compensation starting March 28, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 7, 2023, they will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
