The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants and for an order to have the Tenants pay the rent they owe because the Tenants did not meet a condition specified in the order issued by the LTB on July 28, 2022 with respect to application LTB-L-002538-22. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside order LTB-L-005444-23.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $14,104.32 on or before May 5, 2023. Should the Tenants make the payment in full and on time, the motion to set aside Order LTB-L-005444-23, issued on July 28, 2022, is granted. If the payment is not made in full, the motion will be denied and Order LTB-L-005444-23 will remain unchanged.
