What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $19,817.25 to void the order by May 31, 2023. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $18,011.05 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by May 31, 2023. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $35.38 for each day of occupation starting April 12, 2023.
