The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $6,986 by March 31, 2025 or $8,686 by April 8, 2025. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must vacate the unit by April 8, 2025 and pay the Landlords $4,928.87 plus daily compensation of $55.89 from March 26, 2025 until the date they move out.
