What happened

The ruling

The parties consented to an order that cancels and replaces the previous order. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $6,727.25 plus rent as it becomes due in installments from February 2024 to October 2024. If the Tenant fails to make the payments, the entire balance will become due and the Landlord can apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
