What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Tenants moved out of the rental unit prior to the hearing. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated as of May 31, 2025. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $3,046.78 by August 9, 2025. This amount accounts for total rent arrears until the move-out date, filing fees, and credits for the rent deposit and interest. If not paid by the due date, simple interest of 4.00% will accrue.
