What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant for non-payment of rent. After a previous hearing and a granted review request, the matter was re-heard. The ruling

The LTB ordered the termination of the tenancy and the eviction of the Tenant unless the Tenant pays $26,804.00 by August 31, 2025, or $28,589.00 by September 7, 2025. If the Tenant does not pay to void the order, they must move out by September 7, 2025, and pay the Landlord $24,022.10 plus daily compensation of $58.68 until they vacate.
