What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $10,524.70 to void the order by January 21, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by January 21, 2023 and pay the Landlord $181.87 plus $52.75 per day of occupation after August 18, 2022.
