What happened

The Landlord applied for termination and eviction due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant had failed to pay rent for approximately 11 months. If the Tenant does not void the order, he is ordered to pay the Landlord $11,798.01 plus daily compensation of $42.74 until he vacates. The eviction is postponed until October 31, 2025, to allow the Tenant time to relocate.
