What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $3,045.48 by June 30, 2024 or $4,102.10 by July 7, 2024, the tenancy is terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $1,267.92 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by July 7, 2024. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
