The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 13, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $10,753.24 (less any payments made after the application was filed) for rent arrears and the previous application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest. The tenant must also pay the landlord $49.32 per day for use of the unit starting June 3, 2023 until the tenant moves out.
