What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant did not void the N4 notice by paying the arrears.
The ruling
Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $21,256.80 by April 13, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay the Landlord $18,036 which includes rent arrears and application fees, minus the rent deposit and interest.
