The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $17,586 by October 20, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must vacate by October 20, 2024 and pay the Landlord $10,663.30 plus daily compensation of $95.34 from September 20, 2024 until the Tenant vacates.
