What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on November 26, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $4,844 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by November 26, 2023 and pay the Landlord $4,099.41, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest.
