What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent. The Landlord served the Tenant a valid N8 Notice of Eviction on March 24, 2022, with a termination date of May 31, 2022. The ruling

If the Tenant pays this amount, the tenancy will be preserved on the condition that the Tenant pays the lawful monthly rent on time for the next 12 months. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay the amount by May 16, 2023, the tenancy will be terminated on May 22, 2023, and the Landlord may seek enforcement of the order.
