Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenant did not pay $150 towards arrears as required by the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by February 11, 2024. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,715.28 plus $16.93 per day starting February 1, 2024 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 11, 2024, the Tenant will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
