What happened

The Landlord applied for the termination of the tenancy and eviction of the Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay the required amounts to void the order. To void the order by October 31, 2025, the Tenants must pay $3,480.08. If paying by November 30, 2025, the amount is $5,148.47. If the order is not voided, the Tenants must vacate by November 30, 2025, and pay the Landlord $1,053.86, plus daily compensation of $54.85 until they move out.
