What happened

The ruling
The Landlord must return the Tenant's last month's rent deposit of $425.00 and pay the Tenant the $53.00 cost of filing the application. If the Landlord does not pay the full amount by July 4, 2023, the Landlord will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
