What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because they did not pay the rent they owe. Only the Landlord's Legal Representative attended the hearing, and Tenants were not present despite being properly served with notice.

The ruling

Unless Tenants void the order by paying $18,054.28 by April 22, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. Tenants must pay $16,098.92 to the Landlord and $54.56 per day compensation from March 26, 2024, until they move out.
