What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $2,325.30 by April 30, 2023 or $4,258.96 by May 8, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by May 8, 2023. The Landlord is entitled to daily compensation for the Tenant's continued occupation after April 14, 2023.
