What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective June 26, 2023. The tenants must pay the landlord $14,754.11, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order and new arrears, less the rent deposit and interest. The tenants must also pay $52.24 per day in compensation starting June 16, 2023 until they vacate the unit.
