What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $12,994.22 to void the order by April 30, 2023. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must move out by April 30, 2023 and pay the Landlord $8,694.61, which includes rent arrears up to the hearing date and the cost of filing the application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit.
