What happened

The Landlord initially applied to evict the Tenants for non-payment of rent. After an order was issued, one of the Tenants requested a review, which was also resolved. The Tenant then filed a second review request for the original order and a review of the first review order. This current order denies these further requests, stating that the Tenant has exhausted the Board's review process and cannot request a review of a review order as per the Board's rules.

The ruling

The Tenant's request for a review of a review order and a second review of the original order is denied. The Board's rules prohibit reviewing a review order. The previous orders are confirmed and remain unchanged. The Tenant is advised that their recourse is to appeal to the Divisional Court.
