What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 14, 2023. The tenants must vacate the unit by that date. If they do not, the landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The tenants must pay the landlord $3,303.52 in remaining rent arrears and application fees, as well as $38.67 per day in compensation from April 4, 2023 until they move out.
