The Tenants must pay the Landlord $9,297.10 in rent arrears and daily compensation of $46.01 per day from May 24, 2023, until the Tenants vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 3, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
