The tenancy is terminated effective May 14, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $3,154.60 plus $76.52 per day starting May 4, 2023 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by May 14, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
